Nadi Bay Resort Hotel has its own version of a celebrity chef – and he's never once appeared on TV. He's Head Chef John Petueli. His adventurous culinary style inspired Under The Mango Tree, a 96-page cookbook teeming with photos, recipes and undisguised passion for food of our entire staff. In 2007, it was shortlisted as Worlds best Foreign Cookbook at the Gourmand awards.
