Our 70 seater conference room and theatre is air-conditioned, perfect for presentations functions and large meetings. We provide qualified and friendly staff who are trained to work with groups.
Mango restaurant and bar seats up to 70pax and is located near our main pool with a verandah and inside air-conditioned dining. This can be used exclusively for your group.
Very competitive pricing structure for meals with menus to suit all requirements, and a high standard of cooking and food presentation.
A great variety in food selection e.g. lovo's and local food, interesting buffets, or order from our existing delicious menus.

BONUS! No charges will apply for use of the conference room or no fee for the private restaurant venue if using both our accommodation and menu options.

GRAMMER GROUP This Sydney Grammer School use Nadi Bay Resort as a base while visiting regional areas of Fiji. Students fundraise for 2 years and come to Fiji to learn and share with Fijian students. The Team Leaders say " the staff are brilliant and the food is fantastic. The pool is beautiful and the location is great. It is a very secure place for the group and the kids love the 70 seat movie theatre where they get to watch the latest movies free. Everything is clean and comfortable".

VESA GROUP The Vesa (Volunteer Eco Students Abroad) group have been utilising Nadi Bay Resort as their 'gateway stopover' for around 3 years now. Team Leaders Ella and Melissa say "Nadi Bay Resort is a great place for us to bring students in preparation for the days ahead, the staff are so friendly and welcoming, we feel like part of the family here". The Group spends 15 days at a time in Fiji immersing themselves in spirited community work.

Adventure Cross Country Group Molly Aiken says "Our stay atNadi Bay Resort Hotel was greeted with beautiful smiles and sunny days. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was lovely, as the live music played in the background. Bringing a group of 20 works very well here as the rooms can accommodate many people, as can the restaurant. The two pools allow privacy if desired and the day spa provided relaxation on busy days! Overall, all 20 of us were happy with our stay and want to thank all the staff for your kindness.

Wedding Reception My sister was married on Friday at Nadi Bay Resort which was an excellent choice. We visited Nadi Bay Resort to celebrate the honeymoon too. The rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. For honeymooners it was wonderful with flowers on the bed, champagne..it was a real surprise! I will never forget the great staff, they were lovely and friendly and always there for us all. Concerning dinner, it was delicious and everything was perfect! No words can explain.. Thank you for everything. We will come back next year for more pleasure.

Tourism Fiji and Adi Cakobau School (ACA) attend a presentation at Nadi Bay Resort Hotel on 7th August 2012. The presentation took place in the Function Room at the Resort.

Malolo Swim Club Team Manager had this to say "The management & staff of the resort have enhanced our journey to Fiji immensely. Every staff member has greeted us with a smile & warm welcome and shown genuine interest in our young swimmers. Mela (manager) has been a tremendous help with assisting with transport and entertainment. Malo Chef Jonathon was flexible & provided us with healthy, nutritious meals each night. Our rooms have been tidy and enough space for all athletes to rest before training sessions & the competition. This is the first time Tonga has sent a junior swim squad to a competition and we have enjoyed every moment, particularly from the kind and caring staff.
