After acquiring Nadi Bay Hotel in 1998 an opportunity to expand arose and Nadi Bay Hotel became Nadi Bay Resort Hotel, with this growth the need for many additional employees was necessary. The majority of our staff are females, all with the typical Fijian outgoing friendly attitude and excellent hotel, resort experience and outstanding customer service skills, you will always be greeted with a huge smile and the familiar cry of “Bula!!”
Our Manager, Mela, is an indigenous Fijian from Solevu Village, Malolo and is an example of the many capable employees in Fijis tourist industry.
Our wonderful staff offer visitors an additional bonus to the many attractions of the Fiji Islands, take some time to chat with them!
